Payments and Shipments

Most of our communications are done via e-mail (e-mail).

We almost always respond in the day. This allows us to communicate with a higher number of customers and satisfy more requests.

Although the phone may seem like the quickest system, it is actually very often not. Find a busy line, try again to call several times; it is much more time consuming than sending an email.
Technical support only answers via e-mail.

Payments
_Cash on delivery (Cash on delivery)
The order normally starts the day after the order, at the arrival of the package, we deliver the amount of the order to the courier in cash.
This service provides for a surcharge, see Transportation Costs.
_Bank transfer in advance
After placing the order, we proceed to the payment of the bank transfer, our bank details will be provided via e-mail automatically.
The goods will start when the transfer will be credited to our account, normally within 3-5 days.
The transfer must be made within 2 days from the date of the order, failing this, we do not guarantee the availability of the material.
_PayPal (Credit Card)
If you want to use your credit card to make purchases, you can use the PayPal service. It is one of the safest systems currently on the market, is the number 1 in the US and boasts millions of users. The payment arrives in real time, normally the orders leave the day after.
In the event that something is no longer available, the relative sum will be re-credited. 
Shipments
Insured Express Courier - € XXX VAT included
The shipment is insured for the full value of the purchase. In case of problems in the delivery the package will be sent back within 4 working days.
Express Courier - € XXX VAT included

The shipment travels at the risk of the customer. In case of problems in the delivery, the Customer must contact the Express Courier directly through the appropriate Call Center.
Cash on delivery (extra cost) - € 4.50 including VAT

How does it work:
Your orders will be entrusted to an Express Courier who will deliver the goods quickly and securely. Usually the parcels are delivered the day after the departure, if within 3-4 days you still do not receive the parcel, please let us know by e-mail, clearly indicating the number and date of the order.
In the event that the Courier does not find the recipient, it will deliver directly the following day. If the delivery is still not successful it will be good to contact the Courier's Call Center by telephone to agree on delivery.
Please provide the addresses clearly, making sure that your name is written on your address and you can notify us.
Shipments with payment on delivery have a surcharge due to the costs of handling the Courier, this is a practice used by all shippers.
When the Courier arrives, if payment on delivery is required, you will have to deliver the money in cash, it is advisable to take precautions by finding the exact amount.
We always welcome your advice and your comments, help us to improve the service, so do not hesitate to write to us.
It is not possible to pick up the premises, the sale is done exclusively by mail order.

Availability of Products
The availability of the Products is indicated on the site, is in real time and changes continuously. Real-time warehouse management is very difficult and burdensome, requiring continuous updates and checks and meticulous management of loads and discharges. Our stocks are accurate in more than 99% of cases.
We work in order to have more than 100% of the products always available.
Orders with products not available
The best thing is, if the product is urgent; order a compatible product, if this is not possible:
1. Enter an order for the available material that will be delivered immediately and send us an email with a list of the unavailable material (code and quantity). We will place an order and send you the confirmation by email. You can follow the order status directly from your account. When the material will be available you will receive an email where you will confirm the shipment. If the order is canceled, this is not always possible if a quantity of products much higher than that usually available in the warehouse is requested, in this case the advance payment may be requested, in these cases, usually delivery is much faster and statistical waiting times are around 10 days.
2. You can also receive an e-mail notification when the product is available again. Simply click the Notify button (which replaces the Buy button if a product is not available).
3. Order to be shipped when everything is available. This is possible, however a down payment may be necessary. When all the material will be available you will receive an email where you will confirm the shipment.

Products available on order
Some products are only available to order. In this case just send us an email with the list of products to be ordered, we will communicate the estimated delivery date. If the customer agrees, we will place an order and send the order confirmation. A down payment or an advance payment of the order can be requested.
Delivery time
We ship most orders on the same day with 24-hour delivery.
The delivery time is determined by four fundamental factors:
1. Availability of the material
2. Payment Method
3. Time of insertion of the Order
4. Express Courier
To be shipped, a product must obviously be physically availablein the warehouse. 

Availability is indicated on the website in real time.
There are various payment methods, for some payment is immediately verifiable, for some (Bank Transfer) it takes a few days.

Use this scale to better understand which system is the fastest to receive an order, the first is the fastest, the last is the slowest:
1. PayPal / Credit Card
2. Cash on delivery (an email confirmation will be required before sending, the order will be sent after receipt of your confirmation email)
3. Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer and CRO
Although our trust in our customers is unlimited, in order to send an order, other than COD, we must first verify that the payment has arrived. This is because our procedure provides for the release of the order and then the shipment, only after receiving the payment, in order to simplify the work of BackOffice.
Payment is required within 2 working days from placing the order. After 5 days from the order, not having received payment or a copy of the payment, we can not guarantee the availability of the ordered goods, the order can be canceled.
The copy of the bank transfer and / or the sending of the CRO does not unblock the order, it would be unthinkable to have to call the Bank for each order and request the tracking of the CRO to check if the payment was made. Moreover, this procedure does not guarantee that the money arrives in our account, certifies only that a transfer request has been made, this request can be canceled within a certain number of hours by the person who requested the transfer. It is therefore clear that the fax or e-mail with the receipt of the payment, have no value for the purpose of unlocking and sending the order; we have to wait for the credit on our bank account.
Time of insertion of the Order
In most cases we can send Orders, with an appropriate payment, entered at 14:00 on the same day. But this is not a rule, we can not guarantee it. But we feel able to give the certainty of shipping for orders placed before 12:00, why?
Despite our procedures allow us to process an order very quickly, while still providing a high quality service, it can happen to remain without ADSL line, or there may be a spike in orders; in these and other cases, unfortunately we can not meet our commitment or in any case not in the way we want. Fortunately they are sporadic cases that in any case in most cases allow us to send.

Express courier
This is the figure that completes the complicated procedure of delivery of an Order. The Corriere Espresso is an organization that manages to manage, every day, hundreds of thousands of deliveries in Italy and / or the world, with efficiency and precision. A parcel sent from Rome at 18:00 will be delivered to Milan the following day. This procedure is very complex and everything must work with Swiss precision otherwise chaos will happen.

Tracking Number
After shipping, we send an email with the data to track the Order. This is also the confirmation that your order has been sent. Following the instructions of the mail, you can check at any time where your package is. There are a couple of considerations to make: the tracking is available on the Express Courier website, approximately 12 hours after shipment. The package usually arrives the following day, so the tracking is more useful in the rare cases where there are delays in delivery. It is however important that the Customer realizes that a parcel is arriving and therefore must be available to the courier and must inquire about the delivery status to warn us of abnormal behavior of the shipment. This allows us to take corrective action promptly.
The important thing is to have the security of having purchased from a serious company that does not leave you alone and does everything to turn a simple purchase into a positive experience, always. Technical support
The products sold by ROVCRAFT are advanced devices of the latest generation, they require a minimum specific culture and are intended for advanced hobbyists, professionals, engineers, technicians but also to newbies but willing to study, to seek information and to experiment. An incorrect use of these devices can easily make the product unusable.
ROVCRAFT Technical Support does not provide a consultancy service and can not provide assistance on developments in personal projects, schemes, etc. Support can only direct or suggest products to avoid or purchase but without assurance that what is assembled is working properly.
If something does not work, we recommend checking the electrical diagram, the power supply, the connections, the specifications and the datasheet of the product.
You can use the Contact Us section to send an email, clearly specify your e-mail address and the order number, any references to the products must necessarily include the Product Code shown on the order.
We advise you to always indicate:
1. the code and the name of the product
2. the way in which it was connected
3. the problem encountered and the actions taken to solve the problem
4. other useful information to illustrate the connections and the malfunction (photos, diagrams, drawings, etc.)
The technical support is done exclusively by e-mail, this system allows us to process more requests than we could do by phone, also allows us to exchange documents that is impossible by telephone but often is essential. Therefore, please do not ask for telephone contacts with Technical Support.
Technical Support responds to e-mails within 12 hours, up to 48 hours.
 
Schools / Institutions
Schools, Universities and Organizations wishing to purchase our products and do not intend to use the methods of payment on the site, must send a request for an offer on headed paper indicating precisely the type of payment they intend to make and the extension of the payment ( eg Bank Transfer 30 days invoice date).
For schools, universities and organizations in Italy: at the moment we are not able to meet the required requirements such as Electronic Invoices, Durc, MEPA, Split
